Block 300, a downtown office building formerly called Robert Duncan Plaza, needed repositioned when faced with high vacancy and new ownership. To appeal to a new creative class of tenants which the building was under construction, the comprehensive marketing strategy included an on-site leasing center located in one of the building’s high-profile retail suites as well permanent building signage to introduce the new brand.
